My name is Frank Callanan. A Certified FileMaker® developer, I founded this company to help information-intensive organizations get work done. As a certified FileMaker® developer, I am serious about helping real people manage real information.
Every project starts by collaborating with you, the client: your business rules, your data-entry people, your big idea people, your get-it-done people. The design process involves listening, creating models, inventing solutions, and listening some more. As needed, I collaborate with strategic partners to get you the results you expect.

Support is important during development, and just as important afterward. A variety of support methods keep you moving forward, including site visits, telephone, remote screen connections, PDF and video documentation, and other  strategies.
